FAQ
Do I need to change tools?
No, in most cases. Automations connect to your existing email and files.
Will emails be sent on their own?
Not without your agreement. Client replies are prepared as drafts. Automatic sending is reserved for messages you have explicitly approved, such as an acknowledgement.
Is the price shown final?
The prices shown are starting prices. The exact price is confirmed in writing before we start, after the first call or the audit.
What if something stops working?
Each workflow is documented and can be switched off at any time. With monthly support, breakdowns are fixed without you having to deal with them.
Which AI tools do you use?
The ones your company already uses or wants to adopt. The choice takes your confidentiality and budget constraints into account, and is discussed before we start.
Is our data sent to AI services?
Only if you agree, and according to rules we define together. Sensitive data can be excluded or anonymised. These questions are clarified from the first call, with the Swiss nFADP in mind.
Do I need technical knowledge to attend a training session?
No. The training starts from everyday tasks. If you can write an email, you are ready.
Can training and setup be combined?
Yes. It is often the most effective approach: we train the team, then automate the cases identified during the training.
